Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge on selling fake designer jeans on ebay & at the markets. Is it illegal in Australia to do this if the customers are aware the jeans aren't authentic? If it is illegal then how strictly do they police this? I mean half the stuff you see down at Paddys Markets in sydney is fake.. If anyone could shed light it's legality it'd be much appreciated.

Send them in the mail and it is mail fraud. We no longer sell copies or replicas to our customers even when they ask for them.

price always tells, i bet more than half on ebay are fake. actually i remember reading something where ebay said in a press release that close to 90 percent were fake. this is believe because how you can buy a 3000 usd purse for 250 bucks, especially when prada doesn't wholesale to normal joes

Ebay don't want to be too strict with there policing, because if you took away all the fakes there would be no Ebay.
