This item was originally purchased from a major retail store and returned. It has been fully reconditionned and updated to Apple's specifications. Including testing, cleaning, updated software and is in perfect operating condition. Our ipods are in Like-New condition and seldom show signs of wear.
The original box is not included with this item but item will be shipped in a non-retail box
Remaining Apple warranty approx. 10months

Yeah I kind of got the same feeling. Didn't want to take any chances even if sylvan was another megagoods, to me its just not worth having the issue later is all.
