  Last week ebay has closed our store for some unknown reason and we are still in discussion with them.

  Beleive me, Ebay are acting VERY strange recently, closing accounts, suspending accounts.
  
  I got suspended for seller non performance - I have 2000+ feedback in 17 months - not bad with 15 negs, so I have an overall 99% positive feedback - they emailed me telling me I had to improve my feedback - HOW?

  They are pushing stronger performance on members for dispute resolution. Its completely stupid and will cost ebay many respected sellers. Thier working thier hardest to kill thier companys reputation.

  Why do you think improving dispute resolutions and improving feedback is a bad thing? Ebay has got a bad reputation from these sellers that are trying to screw over their customers. Ebay wants honest sellers to improve the buying experience on their site. In order for Ebay to improve their image they have to get rid of the few bad apples. I would say that 15 negative feedbacks is nothing to brag about.

  Seems to me that 15 negs out of 2000 is very very good feedback record considering an eBayer would still be a PS with that record.
  
  That is less than 1%.
  
  Now if they were out-right rip-off negs like the person never got the item, thats different. Or the negs came one after the other.
  
  I have 2 negs on 270 FB and eBay keeps giving me new stars and giving me kudos for a job well done.
  
  If you look at different sellers like 2ndturn, they have almost a 100 Negs on app. 5000 sales. Thats 2% and they are still going strong.
  
  Or jayandmarie who have 4000 negs. out of 352,000FB
  
  This guy with the sheets is probably selling fakes/poor quality or poor service or both.
  
  I would stay away frmhim until he gts his act together.
