    Hi Steinar1,

I'm not aware of them personally, but having just taken a quick look they seem to be a regular supplier directory style site.

Same principals would be in play as with all supplier directory sites of this nature. Firstly, research the particular vendor within their site you are interested in doing business with very carefully.

Secondly, BUY NOTHING BRANDED from a Chinese supplier, NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU!

Thirdly, If you do end up purchasing from one of their suppliers, use a safe payment method, preferably credit card!

    Hi Steinar1

I have heard quite a few but things about these guys but i am always the believer that different people - have different experiences with different companies. I don't personally use these guys as i get far better deals on products elsewhere.

I got a chance to talk with them and it seems like i got the feeling that they don't really have any time for you and are not as helpful or price negotiable and dont offer a higher level of customer care as other suppliers out there. Epath CSA (Customer service assistance) team don't really take the time to work with.

Key of thought when it comes to working with suppliers:,
The more you communicate with them and look after them they will look after you

All my suppliers know that "i look after those who look after me" and this is the relationship that should be built with your suppliers, not only to get better prices but a high level of constant aftercare services on any issues like warranty repairs, order processing etc

Using the above mentality makes for a more functional and successful business.

Hope this help a little for people who read this post.

    Kind regards

    Hi Guys,

@Steinar: There have been a few members who asked about this supplier in the past but so far we have not read anybody posting about their experience with them. Although our Powerseller reviewer did give them a 4 star rating, to read more about his review please visit ePathChina's profile page - http://www.salehoo.com/suppliers/df6a50a8-2934-4c21-bf78-10fa44dcc800

@Cody: Would be great if you could add your experience with ePathChina's customer service as a review on their profile page - Thanks!

Nicely put :) And what you said is very true and a practical tip which most new sellers overlook. One should never hesitate to contact a supplier, it's one of the best ways of getting to know them first hand - if they are worth keeping or not.

    Cheers!

    Hi

Never buy branded is a good tip:) I never advertise as branded either..i have to be 100% what i sell is branded.

I asked them about scandisk memory card if that is 100% or not, and they actually answered back and told me that it was not autentic. Earnest answer for sure:)

And diff ppl experience diff things for sure too.
