    Letter to ebay.com

My name is Marc Ransom, and I am the Community Manager for a wholesale resource website directory called SaleHoo.com.

We have an issue with an ex-member of ours who owned an operated a company called link hidden. This company was involved in selling our members loads of liquidated stock for the purpose of re-selling on ebay and through other such avenues.

Recently this member has chosen to close his business with many of our member's orders outstanding, and is now refusing to respond to all methods of contact by ourselves on behalf our members, or by the effected members that did not receive goods that they payed for.

It has now come to our attention this this member is actually selling our members missing stock through his ebay account and I would like to know what avenues we have to get this stopped asap.

The ebay id of the seller is productsplus1976, and his name is Mr Jimmy Huber.

Individual members are in the process of filling legal action, however on behalf of our membership I would like to know what measures ebay can take to stop this person getting away with what amounts to selling stolen items on your site?

Your urgent attention to this mater is sought as I am sure you will understand the gravity of it's importance.

    Kind Regards,
    Mr. M.Ransom

    Go get em Fudjj.

If it hasnt been stated already you may want to indicate that complaints have been filed with the Illinois Ag and there may be pending criminal charges filed against him. And if possible forward some copies of the complaints, if possible.

I had a bad business relationship with someone, who by the way, was selling behind another members eBay ID. I pointed out some evidence related to this and within 3 days they were shut down.

And if I am correct, eBay has a good behavior policy, not what they call it but I cant remember how to state it. This could also effect PPDWGs standing.

BTW, if you sent this last week it may be why his account is gone. If so good work.

    Thanks Fuidjj

Yes, I didn't use his new id for a reason. I wanted ebay to notice the change of id themselves when they look up his file. I'm hoping that in itself may actually work to ring their own alarm bells with what I have already written.

    Sneaky, but worth a try : )

I will write to eBay as well regarding this matter and see if it helps eBay make their decision sooner to shut all Jimmy's store. People like this who take advantage of others who wants to better their lives or make extra bucks to help their daily needs should be put out of business or better yet, belongs to prison!

Good one GR, the more ammunition that gets fired at his account, the better!
