I ordered 25 4GB ipods on April 1st. I received 5 fake ipods about 4-5 weeks later. They finally recalled these and since be promising all along that mine are 'being shipped'. I paid with credit card on Paypal and have since filed a claim with my credit card, since Paypal only allows 45 days. Credit card allows 60. These were being shipping and in customs 3 weeks ago. Hope to get my money back. These guys supposedly had my order mixed up and have tried to get it straight for weeks on end!

Sorry you had to go through such a mess, but thanks much for letting us know so that we may avoid the same fate!

Thanks for the warning. At least you paid with a safer transaction method that gives you the chance to get your money back. Good luck :)

Here's my experience and I'll keep it short: On March 25 I ordered 25 2gb nano's and on March 29 I ordered 300 4gb Mini's (New). Shipping time was 7-10 days. My broker (Kurt) kept coming up with excuses as to why my ipods hadn't been shipped. To make a really long story short, during the week of April 17 I received 3 different packages; each with 5 fake ipods. Kurt seemed surprised so he called the supplier to handle this. For the next 5 weeks the supplier made promise after promise saying that all would be taken care of. I received absolutely nothing with the same excuse everytime that everything was tied up in customs because there were no regulations in China. Finally, we had had enough and now have 37.5k tied up in CC's which I have disputes with. Kurt keeps using the tracking numbers as proof that the ipods were received. Fortunately, we have pics of the fake ipods along with the envelopes that they were shipped in and they have been sent to the CC companies. This has truely been a nightmare for the past 3 months. We have gone through 7 brokers-suppliers trying to find someone to sell us ipods and believe it or not we haven't stopped looking.

I have already filed disputes with my CC company, DHL shipping and Apple. Apple especially was very interested and wanted pics. I encourage anybody who received fraudulant ipods to contact Apple ASAP.
