I have account with bidpay but they denied my two payments that came from my ebay customers. They said they need further details and ask me to send them scanned copy of my Driver's License, Utility Bills, and Bank's Statement. Is this legit? Bidpay user, any suggestions? thanks!

Its legit, Its a way to verify your identity and your address. Bidpay works a little harder then paypal to verify thier members identities.
