Hello,

Last week I got my ebay account suspended for trademark violation this is what they said

"Your ebay account has been suspended for a minimum of seven days due to a violation of the eBay trademark violation..."

It says 7 days today is the 7th day and I still cant get in

Why do all my threads never get replies? Come on I just want to know if Im temperary or permanently suspended

Thanks alot for replying today is the 8th day and I still cant get in got any ideas why?

I think you should provide all documents needed, such as your ID, proof of address, etc as Ebay asked you to.

They havent asked me anything like that only this

I paid my fees already I got the reciets and all I dont know why they arent letting me go in

I think you should contact customer service. Go to live help and chat with them. I got a problem with an ebay members payment and i contacted them through live help and i got a live person chatting with me.

How can I do that? I need to talk like customer service but ebay doesnt have a Phone # can you give me a link to where I can chat with a ebay personal
