What are the legal things I need to start an online business in FL? So far I've registered my DBA. Going to get my EIN next. What else do I need to buy wholesale and sell retail? Business license? Reseller's license?

In Florida it's going to depend largely on the county and city in which you are doing business. I would contact the local Chamber of Commerce and your bank and ask them for pointers in the right direction; both will be able to provide you with useful info.
