Okay, So I'm going to ask this question again. Because I'm not getting a clear answer.
When I'm dropshipping do i need to use my own money to pay for the item?

I am buying this item as a gift for my son who is on a missionary work in Nigeria but Due to my workload I will not be able to receive the item myself and post it to him. So I would like you to post the item to him directly in Nigeria.
I hope the package will get to him in good condition. What is the present condition of this item and does it comes in it's accessories? So I will be offering you AU $1,600 dollars for the item including postage. I want the item posted via EMS courier Service to Him.
I will be paying you for the item via Bank deposit, so please Kindly send me your Full name and bank details so that i can deposit the money into your account. I will be looking forward to hearing back from you soon.

HAHAHA, ahhhh yes, those wonderful Nigerian scammers never do give up, mind you, you would think they would develop some new story lines...lol

And he's actually done the 'Buy it now' and bought it :O. -

Sorry, I thought I had answered your first question in another thread. You can use your own money to pay the drop shipper, or use the money you get from the sale. Each has their benefits and drawbacks.

And he's actually done the 'Buy it now' and bought it :O.
If you pay up font with your own money and the customers screws you, then you are out of pocket, on the plus side.
If you wait to use the buyer's money, and they are a slow payer, the whole delivery process will also be slow and then you could have problems with them wanting to know why it's taking so long!
Most times the scammer will use the Buy It Now option, especially on things such as mobiles. I got so sick of relisting when I first started on ebay with all the crap they put me through with having to relist stuff all the time.
If I were you, I would say to this guy to drop the cash into my account and it wouldn't leave my sight until saw the cash in my account. That or paypal if you have an account, and again...wouldn't leave my sight until I saw the payment.Marc Ransom

Doesn't Ebay hold the money until you ship the item for them?

How do you use their money?
You source a product for X$
You list the product with your margin Y$
Consumer buys your product by paying you through your preferred payment option.
You deduct Z$, being your profit, then forward X$, being your cost price to your drop shipper for processing.
Drop shipper sends the item to the purchaser.Marc Ransom

One after item sells and money is in the paypal account use the money to purchase the item.

big scam, they don't really want your item, they want your bank info so they can take your money, so just ignore it and dont give it to them. -

Hello to everyone,
i got also 2 scams with this Nigerians, the send me the Paypal verificacion. I send the items and after several days i got no recieved the money, i check directly with Paypal. The mail is a fake, the person how is the buyer is David Roland or David Taylor, and the other he called Debra John.
It was on E Bay Mexiko (Mercado Libre). it seems there are everwhere.
Best regards to everone, and don`t accept any trade with the Nigerians, they seems all to be scammers. -

I have never had PayPal hold money until a item ships. The money is always available as soon as payment is made. I have a business account so I am not sure if this makes a difference or not.link hidden WHOLESALE LIST
