L'oreal cosmetics supplier needed

Please tell me where can I buy original L'oreal mascara. I need original lot all brand new fresh stock immediately.
If there is a person on this forum who has this brand or a supplier on the forum please contact me.

Just wanted to give you an update.
I contacted the suppliers from the list provided by Salehoo. Found the exact product that buyer was looking for with shipping quotes etc and the order was to be finalised.
Buyer is insisting that he will pay only when the cosmetics arrive in Dubai.He wants 10,000 pieces of Loreal mascara and provided me with the color codes that he wants.
He says he will buy any quantity but only when it arrives in Dubai.
So for now this is on hold as I have no idea how to proceed.

I have to say you should never give in to a bullying buyer. :) Not even with the promise of a bulk purchase. You have the right to protect yourself and never does a buyer get the product first before payment (or none that I know of).

We have this happen to us quite often. We handle these on a case by case basis, but generally stick to a definite no for International orders. The laws are so much different in foreign nations, and it will be costly to collect should you have to go the legal route.
Yes, you should always protect yourself. If nothing else, set up an escrow account (find one yourself, don't just use theirs). The extra expense is worth the peace of mind. If they won't work with you that way then they are probably scammers anyways.

Remember if there are suppliers who will scam buyers, there are buyers who can scam sellers too!
