    Error in my store, help needed

    trying to add something and keep getting this error..

    URL must be greater than 3 and less than 64 characters

    The office is closed for the Christmas break now. Support are working through, but as it's Christmas time and they need a little Christmas cheer as well, response times will be a little slower than normal.

    cant seem to open my store now

    OK, it appears that my original problem stemmed from the fact that my URL was more than 64 characters long, all fixed now.

    YThe other problem last night was some bug salehoos end as other stores were down.

    The outage was temporary and secondary to the rebooting of our servers to resolve the data base error being experienced by a number of our SaleHoo Stores members.

    Everything fine now and all stores are up and running :)
