    online sellers - how do you manage your money?

    I am selling on eBay and soon to start my own store. My sales are stacking up and it could get a bit tricky at tax time, so before I open my store I would like to get some better record keeping practices in place.

    How do other online sellers manage their record keeping? Quickbooks? xoom? Excell? Panic around tax time and just make it up?

    Personally, I just refer back to my business bank account records. PNC has a great program that many banks I am sure have. If you get paid through paypal, that is also another amazing way to keep track of sales for tax time.
