Good points. You may have thought of this DWM. But one can possibly keep some money in their Paypal account. Then when a refund is due, simply transfer money from Paypal to the buyers Paypal account.

@raraz: Here are just a few statistical data about them. As of 2009, there are around 3 million in over 190 countries. So, they may be a payment service you can consider using as an alternative.Richelle

My new opinion is to stay with Paypal. Unfortunately they are spider webbed into eBay and buyers prefer it. Unless one is a big seller with their own payment processer it is not worth the hassle to go anywhere else just o save a 1% point.
