I believe it is, and if you go to the Escrow website (link hidden) you can check to see what payment methods they accept for a transaction.

escrow.com has nothing to do with dhgate's escrow service. you pay dhgate itself through paypal and when you confirm that you've gotten your order you let dhgate know and they pay the seller.

Escrow is dhgate's way of saying that your payment is safe with dhgate until you receive the item. Once you approve your shipment you contact dhgate and they send the payment to the seller.

Certain sellers accept escrow. Any type of payment made to that seller is held untill you have accepted your order as being received ok. Once you do that dhgate releases the payment to the seller. Your payments actually go directly to dhgate then they release the payment to the seller. The sellers auction will show if they accept escrow.
