Is anyone seeing any success selling on Facebook? ie. actually selling on Facebook as opposed to promoting eBay auctions or your website on Facebook? Found this fascinating little script for FB pages that converts the page into a small e-commerce website that functions right within FB --"Failure is not when you fall down. Failure is when you don't get back up."

Yes, thanks for the link Frank! Seems very interesting. But when I tried download and installing it, it just took too long I waited for over 30 minutes and the Facebook was just blank :(Richelle

Glad you guys like it, and hope to hear from someone who implements it sometime. I have a few Twitter feeds that are very niche-focused in the products that they promote, and they are doing pretty well. I've been working on a "deal a day" app for the iPhone that is similar to Woot.com's concept but, again, focused on a very specific niche where there are lunatic-level obsessed buyers and I have a decent product source (Brio/Learning Curve wooden train products.) Getting away from the eBay model and beating paths along alternate routes has been a big project of mine for the last couple of years, and I'm always looking at new ways to get products in front of buyers. The Payvment implementation for Facebook seems so nearly seamless that it would be a really good solution, if it works as advertised."Failure is not when you fall down. Failure is when you don't get back up."
