  Stopping fake buyers on eBay?

  alright I;ve been seeing alot of talk about people being 8-balled by people from nigeria. Most say avoid selling to these people right??
  
  So how? if you post an auction on ebay and they buy now or win the auction , you can't just say no can you?? so what are you suppoed to do?

  you can put restrictions on who can bid on your items. ie. people with -1 feedback and ppl overseas you can block. There are more options but those are the ones that i've done

  :D That's right shark, Dowdy hit the nail on the head. Restrict your auctions to those that have a good feedback rating.

  You can restrict by country also if you show that you will only ship into the USA even if they attempt to buy you do not have to sell send it to ebay security and they will take care of it
