    Unable to sell on Amazon :(

    Hi all,

    Have been selling on ebay for about 3 years now and have managed to build it up over time. Decided that I would love to try selling on Amazon, problem is I can't as they don't accept Australian bank accounts to transfer your money into.

    I have been led to believe that you can't open a bank account (either in the US or UK) unless you go over there in person. Is this the case?

    Here I was all excited at the prospect of selling elsewhere other than ebay. For a site being as big as Amazon, I find it amazing that I am unable to sell through them, even though most of my suppliers are in the US!

    Is there someway that I can do this or will I have have to accept that Amazon is a long way off for me?

    Hi Richelle,

    Thanks for the thread but seems to confirm that it's not possible outside of the US.

    I know that there are some Aussie's selling on Amazon. Would love to know how they have managed it.

    If there are any Aussie Salehoo members that are selling on Amazon, would really appreciate any advice you have or maybe shed some light on how I can make this happen.
