  HII am just starting out with a online store 3xweb is setting it up for do any of you ever had contact with these people if so was it neg or positive.

  The url that I found was 3xweb.com but I had to google it to get there

  I went to visit the link you mentioned but the site does not exist, in fact you can even purchase that particular domain name if you wanted to.
  
  If I'm not mistaken, you are trying to find where you can have your own online store made, right?
  
  Maybe you should try the sites mentioned in this SaleHoo Blog, I'm sure these sites are safe and may just have what you are looking for.
