Hi!
I have been using dhgate 3 times, 2 times good and fast delivery, but the third one i had problems with, you know dhgate connects sellers with buyers but now i've been trying to reach the buyer for one week and i dont get any real answer from the dhgate support either, when i phone their number i get to a chinese phone answering machine. YES, i have to learn Chinese for otherwise, how should i speak with them?
Another important thing, i mailed and got an answer that i have 5 % discount on all things that i buy, it worked for 4 days, now i no longer have this discount and no email back from dhgate.

I just purchased 2 of the fake ipod mp4 players from a seller on dhgate.com. I paid using paypal. My order shipped 5 days after payment just as described on the shipping terms. I just received the tracking # for it today. So far so good! I'll keep you updated once i have received them. :) -

I have bought near on 30 times from DHGate in the last 5 weeks and have not had many problems at all. All the items I have bought (various models of iPods) have all arrived within 2 weeks of my ordering. I have had many an email conversation with Richard (link hidden) and he has always answered my questions within 48 hours.
DHgate seems to have many sellers on it, so do your homework. The sellers have a feedback rating similar to eBay.
I am not saying everyone on DHgate are reputable sellers because some people have negative feedback but they do take Paypal and have an Escrow system in place.
I had a 'value customer discount' for nearly 4 weeks when it eventually stopped. I emailed Richard and with in 48 hours I have it again. -

I thought of purchasing through them but their shipping rate is too high even for just 1 item. It's like you don't pay the wholesale price. -

Got my Mp4 players from dhgate. They're pretty impressive. They look almost identical to the ipod nano's. Pretty neat watching video's on an mp4 player thats only 7mm thick.
One thing I would watch out for when ordering these is to check with the seller and make sure the headphones will plug into the mp4 player. The headphones I received for these where too big to plug into the player. I contacted the seller and he's shipping the right ones.
I checked bestbuy and radio shack, and the prices for headphones that fit these mp4 players are around $30.00. Ipod headphones don't fit these. You can purchase adaptors for these for around $5.00 but it's not the best looking setup.
If anyone's interested i'm going to be purchasing 10+ of these here shortly. Let me know if you'd like one, you won't have to pay high shipping prices this way, not to mention i'll get them a little cheaper buying in bulk. -

Yea, I also have an order coming in from DHgate. I requested UPS but they sent in DHL, a slight error, but it's here in Houston, and I should have it by Monday.

Yea, I also have an order soming in from DHgate. I requested UPS but they sent in DHL, a slight error, but its here in Houston, and I should have it by Monday.
Everything I order is by TNT (which seems to be the cheapest option) but it always comes via DHL and can be tracked so no complaints here

My package came in on DHL, but really I have no complaints. Everything seems to be in working order! I hear DHL loses a lot of packages though, however now I think I like DHL, simply because it looks like they take care of their packages better then UPS. Lately everything I've gotten from UPS has had the boxes damaged or beat up, anyone else have this problem?

Who do you guys think I should order from? This one guy who offers genuine iPod minis with escrow for 10 dollars more and shipping, again, ten dollars more, or this guy with a 60 something feedback, 91%positive, 10 dollars cheaper on product and shipping, but no escrow. The other guy sold 20 something items and has 94 percent positive feedback. -

I have purchased from d5street8 and I received exactly what I ordered. Shipping packages were a little beat up, but product was fine. I took product to a dealer who verified the authenticity. -

Thank you for sharing the infirmation now i too will give them a try because the prices seem fair.
I have placed 1 sample order for apple ipod nano 2gb ' the shipping is by tnt' at 22 usd being the cheapest there.
I will confirm the quality value and service they provide in a matter of days ' Great they accept Paypal too.
