I have dealt with Premier several times, and I've always been happy with their service. Quick delivery, and the products are always exactly as described. I'm not sure their prices are the absolute best out there, but I think they are quite competitive. Do watch for refurbs...most product ID's have a (R) to denote refurbs, but once in a while one slips by...the detail page clearly marks refurbs, but I had one embarassing incident where I didn't see that the product was refurbished, and sold it as new. Thankfully, the product was perfect, and my customer accepted the refurb with a slight discount. Overall, I'm really happy with them, and, hope to do more with them.

I would only recommend them for US sellers...

I'm only saying that cause shipping from US to Australia doesn't make it worthwhile for me.

I missed the (R) next to a product and sold it as new. Then we notified the customer once we were made aware of that. Premier (Hotbuy4U) offered me a $10.00 rebate / credit which I have offered the customer and am waiting to hear back him. Other than my oversite they have been communicative and good to work with.
