    Unlocked branded mobile phones supplier wanted

    I know this question has been asked a million times before but as a seller of unbranded phones and other items doing quite well (Ebay GoldPowerseller) would like to break into selling branded Unlocked Mobile Phones. have spent hours trawling the internet but no matter were i look cannot find pricing to compete against other sellers on Ebay Australia Have looked at every Wholesale site i can find and yet they sell even cheaper than the wholesale sites i cant believe that these sellers are bulk purchasing lots of every model mobile phone avaliable on the market as that would be a huge and risky outlay. So there must be a secret place that i cannot find where they can dropship or purchase small quantitys of each model at prices well below the so called wholesalers. Nobody could survive with ebay fees the way they are and sell everything at a loss.
    Can anyone Enlighten a frustrated seller as to the majical secret place were these are available.

    Just want to let you know that I spent time yesterday trying to find out, took a look at eBay Australia and saw the sellers that you’re talking about. :) I got filled of assumptions but they do not fit. I first thought they could be licensed distributors and selling at eBay, but with several brands listed, as I checked on each major brand names list of distributors, they are not in it, however, I just cannot tell with only an eBay ID name to investigate. :( Then I also saw newegg.com which is an accredited dealer for Samsung and the website carries several brands, but still the prices are way higher than the ones at eBay. There must be a way they are getting them straight from the manufacturers, to be able to have them in stock and sell at such low prices. I will be updating this thread when I find something.

    Not sure about "redhareltd" as they appear to be the usual trading company with a stick in their bum, that wants to know what you eat for lunch. Even providing every detail they want there is no guarantee they won't give you the shaft anyway, and I don't really know why you've added them to this site unless they want the potential extra bit of sales they can get from this customer base here? I'd be interested but not really interested in letting them know my life story on top of it.

    To answer your question, I need to fill in step 1,2 & 3 AND a b c & d

    Drop shipping is available to customers who meet any one of the following requirements - 1) You have online retail sales of $100K USD per year or more; 2) You are an experienced entrepreneur that has built a previous business with either a) $200K USD per year or more in sales, b) $50K USD per year or more in gross profit, c) Three or more full time staff; 3) You have a combined 5 years experience in either the mobile phone or ecommerce industry.") before they will CONSIDER under their discretion to deal with me or anyone else, certainly they may be a fantastic company and I may soon find out (at my discretion), however any wholesaler will usually have a set of THREE different price lists (which you may not be aware of) depending on how the other party will sell there items or how many units they can get and how fast they will come back for more. This isn't personal, this is just good business sense SOMEHOW I DON'T THINK MANY WILL MEET ONE OF THEIR CRITERIA, not unless you get creative and consider your pets and children part of your staff.

    I don't know about the particular sellers, but several in the US who are selling branded mobile on the cheap are selling trade-ins. I have a buddy who does this, and he actually has deals with local offline shops all over his area to buy functioning phones that come in.

    Yes it still amazes me as to the price some sellers can sell them for i was selling a brand new nokia on Ebay when my supplier ran out of stock and i had several orders in desperation i looked on Ebay and found a seller who was selling them at a lower price than my supplier. So i contacted that seller and i asked them if i could buy thier phones and have them send to my customers ie dropship. They were happy to do so and i was buying that model for $40 less of the other seller than i was selling them for. So instead of busting my nut to try to find another supplier this worked out well for me and the other seller.
