Which do you think is the best Chinese supplier - Chinavasion, DHGate, Sellerkey, etc?

    Which do you think is the best Chinese supplier - Chinavasion, DHGate, Sellerkey, etc?

    Ok. I have read several postings on importing from China. I would like to get your opinion as to which of the following sites is the best overall to use. Are there other sites that are better?

    Chinavasion

    DHGate

    Global Sources Direct

    RightWholesale

    Sellerkey

    I have heard mixed messages on all of them. I know there are risks with any transaction. Just trying to narrow the field down.

    Not really. Just starting out and I am concerned about getting cheated. I have seen pro and con reviews about these sites. I am thinking of looking into home or electronic accessories.

    You could find many manufacturers at Alibaba too. In my opinion, there are not better or worse site, but it will depend what company you choose to buy from.
    My suggestion is: if you are going to buy electronics, buy them from Shenzhen in China Mainland or Taiwan. But anyway, take care about fakes. In China 99% are replicas, fakes, or whatever you want to call them.
    If you are going to buy small quantities, forget about China. Search good suppliers in USA. It will be more safe for you, and if you go deep in your search, maybe you buy cheaper than China.
    But, you will need to work hard...to find good ones. Just try small quantities to start.
    On big quantities, ok, contract a trading company and take a plane to Taiwan, China, Hong Kong.

    I would advise you to steer clear of alibaba completely about 70 percent of thier companies are scams.

    Say for importing $5000 worth of electronics?

    If you make smaller purchases you won't have any custom charges...Say $1000 at-a-time.Since
    lightinthebox sells a lot of there stuff with
    FREE shipping you would not be paying excessive
    shipping cost...My suggestions

    PS; They label them as custom samples
    at Zero value....thats how they avoid
    the custom charges....

    I have been in DHagte for awhile and have find it much better,I would say 98% quite safer as long after you received the item you will double check it and if not satisfied you can file some dispute to the buyer and your payment will be hold until further review.Alibaba is 100% scam,I tried them so many times and you cannot find a trusting supplier even they have a trustpass.I have file some complaints to alibaba itself with regards to the supplier misconduct and counterfeit products but they said they have nothing to do about it.What the he**!They should have control on it,but doesn't care.I lost thousands of dollars looking for a genuine supplier until I give up.Aside from that the prices are very high and the charges in the bank transfer and western union , plus the tax.I advise everyone not to deal with alibaba or alibaba supplier,they are all scam.You just only giving your money to them.

    I have tried this site several times, they have some good products and most of the sellers are Audited Suppliers witch mean These suppliers have been authenticated and verified on-site by an impartial third-party .and you can get a report about the company

    GlobalSourcesDirect.com is a great site. Especially if you're looking to buy small lots... Very trustworthy.

    Why go with China when there are several reputable suppliers in the USA that has already mitigated the risk factors?
