    I haven't used this myself, but I found this review of the site on another forum:

    Yeah i've tried wholesaleclothing4u.com. i think it's the same as cicicam as the tag has cicicam label on it.

    the price: reasonably cheap
    quality: not so great. items look quite similar to photo, but material and detail is quite poor
    shipping:... cant remember as i got them quite a while ago

    My opinion: Site could be worth a try. English is terrible, but you can pay by Paypal. So as long as you use credit card, you can get your money back if something goes wrong. I'm sure there would be a lot more bad press on the web about them by now if were really scammy. The quality will probably be your main concern!
