  I need some super cheap umbrellas. I found some at around $4 each and that is reasonable, but is it anywhere for less?

  I'd check out Alibaba.com on that one. That site connects you with distributors worldwide. Items like those are pretty cheap. Just go there and search umbrellas and see what comes up.
