Does anyone have any information or reviews on World Wide Brands? I read that it tries to weed out the middle men and have just authorized wholesalers and distributors.

Its crap just like dropshipdesign and all the others. Theys make promises they can't keep and you end up selling on Ebay dearer. Steer Clear. Not worth 10cents.

Long standing member here had an opportunity to review the site recently for a project he is working on, check out his comment here.Marc Ransom

I really appreciate the feedback. I tried the trial Doba membership a few weeks and was not impressed at all. It seems like many of the sites claiming to dropship and are wholesalers aren't worth a dollar and offer some rediculous products. I'm hoping to find some good stuff from salehoo but so far it's hard to find quality suppliers for some of the consumer products I'm interested in. Thanks again for the feedback. -TG

I really do appreciate the feedback. Are there any products that you would suggest for online auctions and maybe an ecommerce store front that would do well? I wanted to focus on consumer electronics because I did some consignment work for people and the items sold very well and right now it looks like those type of products are still doing well. But I do appreciate the honest feedback and are always welcome to any suggestions.

I'm a newbie so take my input with a grain of salt. You can look at wholesalers all day long....their selection and price...and then you go to ebay and see electronics selling lower than the wholesalers are selling them for. How is this?

You do make a few good points regarding wholesale and ebay. The biggest factor with some power sellers is yes, they do work on small margin, high turnover, but they are not buying wholesale.Marc Ransom

Good point...I can give you an example of this. Many talk about sourcing from Evertek and reselling on eBay. I was doing this 6 years ago when I had my computer store. Once they found out that I (and others) were reselling on eBay they opened up their own store on eBay and started competing against us. Years ago, there was an unwritten code of ethics that a wholesaler would not do such a thing but now it is common practice. This has happened to me several times. One year I found the source of jewelry that B&F System offered. Contacted him and worked a deal to market his jewelry on eBay through dropshipping. Sold over 3000 pieces profitably until he set up his wife to sell it. My sales dropped because they sold it for $10 less then I was getting it for. Last time I looked they had over 160,000 feedback rating. All I can say is each time this happens I just search for another product and make my money while I can and move on when I can't.

Hi I wrote the wwb review and I stand by it 1000% it is a scam as Fudjj said to me they use the oldest trick in the book they make their service real expensive, which makes it seem better , then they pay their affiliates $150.00 of your money to lure you in.
