The price is way to high.

From reading on other forums, you need to build relationships with asian suppliers.

You may even need to fly there.

It seems the best places are Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Build the relationship slowly and begin it with an email. Then, if they speak english which some do, call them.

They should at some point invite you to visit and many times ask you to stay with their families. As a matter of fact, its considered rude not to.

In fact, fly there before making contacts.

Contact the business arm of the government, especially with Taiwan. Let them know you want to find some suppliers and am visiting to do such.

They will give you contacts.

Or contact an importer in your country and tell them what you would like help in.

A lot of asians(woman) in the states work for importers because they are good at translation of webpages and initial contacts.

In most cases, your not going to get legit suppliers in Asia through the internet.

Many times, even after an initial trial run, the supplier will rip the person off with the larger order.
And then you have the communication issues and are used by scammers to their advantage.

Its easy for someone thousands of miles away to not come through when their supplier is out of stock. Do you think someone in Asia who received 2000 from some knucklehead in the US is actually going to give the money back?

Or his brother in Thailand invites him to the go go bars but he is supposed to spend the money on product and his brother says oh stupid american wont do anything come here and spend the money and have fun.

So next week he sets up another DHGate account and starts again.

To much trouble unless you take a very hands on approach.

But once you find a good supplier you will be set-up. And the good ones are extremely honest and legit its just weeding through the scammers thats a pain in the butt.
