Hello, I saw this offer in ioffer.com. The price seem really low. Though, I do not have any funds available to make purchases. Has anyone deal with this seller before? His/her prices are really cheap.

Before, when I was less educated, I would say the seller accepts Paypal: GREAT! But now I am finding it difficult to get my money back from a previous 'supplier' even though I paid through paypal with my credit card. :(

exactly..... it is really difficult to get money back from paypal. Paypal only recovers money for a dispute where we dont get our goods sent to us. If the goods are already sent but the goods are fake,faulty, or not as described/promised by the seller, even if we claim a chargeback to paypal, paypal would not grant our claim. paypal would say that it s our problem with the seller, we have to deal with the seller ourselves. I FIND PAYPAL USELESS.... :(

Paypal IS worthless, its a nuisance they still owe me hundreds...yes, I did try a test order, and sorry I haven't gotten back to you guys with the results but, his information is non-existent. I searched for the address on google, no match, the zip code is not correct, I had the closest match but non of that matters...he's looking like a scammer in my eyes if his address alone cannot be found...but he still has not sent the invoice, I'm still waiting...if you guys would like his address (which I will not post here) send me a PM if you would like to conduct your own research.
