ps3, wii, i pods ect

hi all,
im looking for some wholesaler here in the uk or the far east to supply me with ps3, wii console, i pods but in the far east i find there copys or there trying to steel your cash! sorry but i work hard for my money and not to give it to some robber!

if anyone can put me in the right direction please do or just pm me..

also im really not interested in fake products nor w/u or any other scamming payment...i only deal with c/c visa or C.O.D at the first meeting with wholesaler...

as this forum is about products i wanted to ask is this correct that the new ps3 uk spec console 60gb will cost £425.00 which as the rate at todays market would be retail approx $850.00 and is it also correct that the new ps3 uk spec comes standard with 3 games?

as for any wholesalers/dealers out there just a ie...the apple 80gb i pod is selling for £190/210 retail now and e.bay sellers are just about getting that nowadays..,.so prices must be good for re-sale..value

Also i did look into the auction site there in texex and i did see i pods in batches of 12/20/30 ect and checking there manifist report some power on and some dont...i was wondering  so if you won bid on 30 i pods only 26 power on and 4 never...so the 4 which never powered on could only be sold for parts/repair or you could be lucky of where the customer brought i pod back to shop and the battery is flat where all what needs to be done is re-charge but..be advised thatwhen bidding account for the pods which dont power on...
anyway i was wondering if anyone here have bought such products from them and what was the products like? and would there be any warrenty left from apple? cas this be a problem when trying to sell them on...

thanks all

best wishes..

again pm me if you got good solid leds i can follow up on...

any info on any of the above i would be thankfull

best wishes all

If your talking about liquidation.com for the ipods they sell tons of them. Be carefull as some of the auctions go far higher then they are worth. But i have seen many go for as low at 80 per unit. Which is good but you need to watch the manifest. As alot of these lots are meant for professional refurbishers. Warranties are only good if you have a retail store recipt. Most of these units come with no box or accessories.

As far as finding asian or middle east suppliers of ipods and consoles your pretty much out of luck unless you try ** Link Removed: Only Available to Registered Members** we have had many buyers buy from them and get great service. And to date nobody has complained about fake items comming from them.

They do not accept credit cards or paypal and Im about to tell you why.

In china and many middle easter countries there is not a credit card system in place that is widespread as there is in countries like the USA and parts of europe. In china only 3 percent of businesses actually accept credit cards. And less then 1 percent of chineese citizens actually have a credit card. This may happen one day but currently there is no system in place. Heck they barely have a 20% car ownership rate in china. So if you want to do business in china you have to take a risk on western union and bank transfers. And there is about a 35% scammer rate using this method. There are tons of legit companies in china but they are hard to find. UK suppliers are hard to find with reasonable rates. Items like consoles when they come into the open market at a great deal are literally sold out within a few hours. As many of the suppliers are listed here and other big wholesale listing firms.

If you ask a seller that specializes in ps3's they will tell you thier profit margins are fairly small. But they sell so many that its still a profitable market. In my opinion you can do far better on lower cost products then to waste time trying to sell big name electronics like a best buy store.

Thanks Jimmy for that info....
yes ive seen that web site mkmarket and trying to work out the prices as for a 60gb sony ps3 the site states something like $596.00 plus shiping fees which is somewhat over the top $96.00 so wondering would that shipping cost include the inport duty for buyers..if it is the that brings it door to door for under $700.00 so in my world (uk) thats say with the £1.00 gbp buys almost $2.00 almost) so all in all door to door to my buyers £350.00 and retail value is going to be £425.00 gnp...so there can be profit there not a gret deal but again profit....but this so much got to do with the his shipping rates....if thats not incl the inport duty ..i would stay well away...cas then there be no profit to be add...

I hope you understood my maths jimmy there..

reason why i looked at this company was, that there company is here in the uk and also in H/K and they also use hsbc bank which is a good bank....something like your compass bank..

just wanted to know tho....have anybody have ordered such items like ps3 i pods ect and if they did was they the real thing...this is so inportant to me as the uk inport inspectors will have no messing when they think its counterfit product...they will just bin it! as the same in the usa i gather....

what ill do jimmy ill contact this guy here in london this wk and see what he got to say ect...and if it sound good ect ..what ill do is ask for a sample and get back to you guys...so ill be the ginny pig here!

also jimmy i wanted to ask you sir...how long as this company been running for any information you can get for me would be great..so then by you doing that will shorten my risk in this transaction...

again..any leads guys i would be interested..

thanks jimmy again sir..

nigel..

ps is the retail value in the usa for 60gb sony ps3 $800.00 is that correct...if so then that would be £400.00 in the uk approx give or take..as i hear all sorts of prices kicking around...i even went to the sony shop and they said retail £425.00 any info guys?

thanks again..

nigel...

Their ipod prices look about the same as retail, if not higher (in Aus you can get a 4gb ipod Nano for about AUD $279-299) If you factor in shipping, there isn't much room for profit, and their costs for dropshipping seem prohibitive to a newbie like myself. I like their product range but that turns me off buying from them.

The other thing that gives me the heebeegeebees (and I haven't bought from them) is their 7 day DOA policy. Are sellers supposed to open up their customers' ipods and test them all before selling them on? It makes me think twice about buying their stuff, even though I registered with them.

I'm interested in hearing what people who have bought from them have to say, though.
