Dear all,

We had a chance to Hong Kong and hope that we can visit MKenterprise's company. Before that, we had sent an email but until now they had not replied yet, it's almost five days! When we arrived at Hong Kong, we called them directly, they said sorry, they have to contact their boss first(Their boss is everything, they mention the boss almost in every email.). We gave them our number and wait. At the end, no calling back at all. You can imagine how we feel about that.

Several reasons to avoid this company,

1. They are middleman. Their price is very high. Even higher than the retail price!
2. Their customer service sucks. Slow and slow.
3. Their stock keeps decreasing!!!!! This is very horrible. You can imagine what situation they are in and what will happen soon.
4. The sorts of their products are not many.

I think only considering point 2, you should avoid them then.

I'd like to hear more about your REAL experience with MKenterprise.com.

For quite some time they were a popular supplier for AU members. But that was then. Im not sure how they are doing now. I have had my suspicions they might be a very small operation. And are probably avoiding your visit because they are not a retail shop. Possibly run out of a small home or garage.

Is anyone else having problems with this supplier?

I paid MK Enterprise to become a reseller. They charged my credit card and then when I went to go back into the system i could not. All the screen said and continues to say is "You have been banned"

They took my money and refuse to tell me why I receive no service for my money. In my dictionary that is called theft.

I have read poor reviews on this company at another forum. They were close to being placed in the scammer section if not there already.

Why they are allowed to post here as a supplier and advertised on the dealer page here is beyond me.

Well lets not jump to conclusions and blame Salehoo for whatever problem they have, first off you point out all these flaws about them, but if their prices are so bad why would you want to go see them?

I am not saying that you are not correct, but I do know as of late several Hong Kong suppliers have signed up here, and are advertising their businesses.

I have a good suspicion about half of these companies are scammers, and the first thing a good scammer does is tears down his competition.

Salehoos job is to list these companies as safe, and they can not monitor every transaction that every member makes on every site
daily.

Furthermore I think it is best that no one deal with anyone in HongKong, Singapore, especially Singapore, OR ANYWHERE OVER THERE.
I have seen this too many times someone comes to a forum tears down the competition, and next week they have a much better

place to shop, follow this link, in hopes to get as many unsuspecting
people as they can over to their site.

The points you have made while are valid, really mean nothing, their prices are high, well most dropshippers products are.

The customer service sucks, probably does.

If I had all of these points, I would find another place to shop, not go and visit with them.

One last thing why didn't you just go to their business and knock on the door ? I know if I can get their address in oh 2 minutes time any one can.

Yes, agree with Planes have heard similar. Am based in Australia and a lot of aussie sellers from ebay ebid oztion etc are switching and or looking to switch to outfits like Chinavasion or Lightinthebox and some to tradestead all well rated at Salehoo. Seems MK have a real smell about them and sellers here at least are deserting like rats from the sinking ship.
