Allure Leather-Crappy Customer ServiceI am curious if anyone has had any better luck than me. My account has been open for several months and I am STILL trying to place an order with them! The website is great eyecandy, but it took me weeks to get them to send me a price list. There is no way to actually place an order on the site and no instructions. I emailed them my order asking how to place an order with them. That has been two weeks ago and I still haven't heard from them. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I would NEVER use them as a dropshipper! Who knows how long it might take them to get anything done!

I am really bummed out by this. I had hoped to carry some of their stuff in my store. They have been less than helpful. Maybe they just don't want my business, but the least they could do would be to let me know. Lillitth
