I would agree with the previous comments about Chinavasion.com. They are prompt in responding, but I had mixed experience in my dealing with them.
I bought several MP4, various models, to test some markets. However,upon receipt of the shipment found that all of the manuals were completely useless due to the fact that the translations have been computer generated. As a result of that, I lost several customers and Chinavasion was not able to help much because there are no professional translators.

Be careful if you are buying products, which require
extensive instruction manuals.
