I placed 2 orders on dhgate and paid through paypal. My paypal account clearly shows the amount paid to dhgate but dhgate keep emailing me saying i need to pay for the orders ive replied to their email address and had no response. Obviously im not going to pay again so can i find out whats going on they said they will not ship them out until paid for. Please help.

I think you may be reading something incorectly. DHgate acts as an Escrow company. You order goods, goods shipped, you recieve and once you approve you " Release" the money within DHgate.

Have you looked at you DHgate account and released the funds ever? Just curios.

What do you mean released the funds i thought you could just pay through paypal and thats it. Actually i thought id try it out again the other day so i ordered a wig different seller paid through paypal and that one seemed to go through fine im just waiting for item.

Please ignore my last reply i have just looked at my account and it is finally saying they have been paid for maybe it was something to do with their holiday may 1-7.

Well that's good to know. I just realized the eastern part of the world has there " memorial Day" last week. Sooo, I guess there were some delays.

Glad things worked out. Could you post the sellers you delt with? I just ordered from a seller on DHgate for the first time and I'm hoping to nail down a few "quality" sellers.

Very slow to respond.

Only ones I deal with have high feedback. Make sure your seller on DHGate has good feedback, get to know them first.

It is very neccesary. And the one called TVMania is very trustworthy.

no his not i payed US$420 for an xbox 360 and i havent recived anything from him in 2 months, i cant even get an refund from Dhgate.

Who did you talk to james?

It may be that it was out of stock and you should have asked the seller before ordering, that way you wouldn't be ripped off waiting.

Why did you pay so much for an xbox 360? Thats like a total waste of money. Was it supposed to be an elite system?

Hi I worked with TVMania and bestwholesale, both sellers had very good attention to detail.

Both are on DHGate, I give them a 10/10 rating. Work with them whenver you get a chance, they almost always have it in stock!

Very recommended.

i recived my money back after a month of emailing!!!!

DHGATE is WRONG NOT TRUSTWORTHY its made of Alibaba and other companys.

Sometimes they are trustworthy.
Dont deal with them
