I ordered 10 iPod mini's from DHGate, paid with a credit card and received a DHL tracking number and shipping info within a very short period of time....

However, the DHL tracking # is not showing up with DHL, and the units have not arrived in the US....

I have sent numerous emails to DHGate and the individual seller, none of which have been answered....All I can assume is they are trying to scam buyers...............

If you have to contest it with your credit card company. Credit cards have some security, i would contact them.

Yes they are unresponsive. I have sent them requests for information and quotes on products. They have never responded. Maybe they don't understand the english language. Something that maybe vital to their continued business.

I e-mail dhgate and the sellers on that website and i always get responses very fast. The dhgate employees speak very well english and always get back to your questions within a day or 2. All the sellers i have contacted have very well english and get back to my very fast as well. Make sure to always use escrow and make sure the seller has very good feedback.

It could be possible that they were seized. Seller might have tried to sell you fake ipod minis. If that is the case I bet they are destroyed by now.

yeah if he excepted escrow you would have gotten your money back. also never purchase ipods through dhgate as all of them are fake.

Hi I purchased a number of items in August from one seller. I have never recieved items. I have emailed DHgate everyday for almost two months, filed a paypal dispute. Everytime I email Dhgate they ask for the Invoice number and evertime I email them back with it.Their next email asks me for the invoice number again. Its insane.Just waiting on paypal now to handle it..SO frustrating!

DH gate will respond but sometimes it may take a while, it took them 3 weeks to respond to a late order i got once..
but once they did respond they were very helpfull.

its all to do with the seller. very good idea to check there feedback before buying.

other then that ive had a good experience with dhgate so far. most questions are answered, but some sellers jjst wont reply for some reason

Are their racquets real? I asked one of the sellers and he said it was imitation so i doubt it. Is anything on dhgate real? Do they droship? What items would you recommend?

I also have been haveing problems with dhgate about 3 weeks ago I ordered 3 bags and they wee all bad quality I asked dh gate and the seller for a refund but they wont respond to my emails. I wrote them more then 15 times.I aslo made a mistake and paid them twice. i have followed all there rules and policys but still has yet to recive contact can anybody help me out I realy dont wanna lose all my money

May be we should all get togeather and send 1000s of emails to DHgate just to piss them off?
