Hi Folks,

Let me give you people some advice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, you will get scammed!!!!!!!!!!!

I checked this company out with companies house, spoke with them on the phone, everything seemed legit.

I placed an order with them for 25 Xbox packages costing £7000, i was informed delivery would be 14 days, 7 WEEKS later i am still waiting!!

Communication with them is non existent having emailed and phones so many times i have lost count, when i did eventually get through to them they made no apology or gave no real reason as to why i had received them, even tried to blag that they have just got back from the states and i would receive my order within the week, 4 weeks later nothing!!!!!

They are trying to avoid giving me a refund as they have to get it from there supplier, so i am £7000 in debt, 5 weeks over due on my rent, my car has been reposed, i very foolishly put every penny i had into this thing with a 14 day delivery turnover i though i would be laughing all the way to the bank.

Can anybody who has used them and is still waiting for a refund or an order please contact me as i am making a case file up against them to present to the police, this company needs closing down before any other hard working person trying to build a better life gets scammed.

This company is committing fraud and theft by deception.

I also live about an hour away from there "warehouse" (they dont have a warehouse, they dont hold any stock) so if anyone fancies making a little visit to them with me give me a shout, i live in Buckinghamshire, maybe we can hire a coach.

Just thought i would give you a guide to what they do and how they do it

I checked out this company before i bought from them, it all seemed to add up, there address matched up with companies house and Whois search etc. They seem VERY genuine and put you at ease, you will place an order, they will get back to you with a pro-forma invoice, with a quote etc, you then have to contact them within 3 days to confirm and choose your payment method, mainly debit/credit cards, they email you a form to fill out with your card detils and another form for you to sign declaring the card is yours, they also ask for a copy of your driving licence, very professional i thought, so i paid my 7 grand and looked forward to receiveing my order in 14 days.

I even received a reciept and card tranasaction reciept through the post.

7 Weeks later and i am still waiting for my order, having tried countless times to contact them via email and phone i eventually left a message threatening legal action and within 2 hours they had phones me sounding very anxtious and panicky, they promised me delivery by 18 of this month, i asked for a refund they told me as they had been ordered and paid for with there suppliers it would take min 4 weeks to get refund.

The way they scam you is they never order your products, they simply dont exist, and then when you have waited long enough they will give you a refund but take off min 10% for cancellation and restocking fees, most people accept this just to get most of there money back.

I AM NOT ACCEPTING THAT, I paid £7000 to them and will get £7000 back, i need anyone who has been scammed by them, not received refunds or orders to get in touch with me ASAP as i am building a case up against them, the more people who come forward the better chance we have of getting these people, and our money back>

I have been doing some research into them:

Its run by Richard & Karmen Nicolas from there terrace cottage on the outskirts of Toseland, Cambridgeshire, they dont have a warehouse or hold stock.

I have got a lot of info on these people, i can even tell you where they drink!
