OK, at this point it would seem that legal action is about the only form action left open to those effected by jimmy and ppwdg. All efforts by SaleHoo admin to find a peaceful resolution to this mess have gone unrewarded by jimmy, and as the Community Manager, I will be now putting together a list of effected members in the hope that it will be useful in any legal action taken against jimmy and ppwdg.com.

Please PM your contact details, and full order records of anything outstanding.

This is for members that have not yet had any satisfaction in claiming a refund on their orders from ppwdg. If there is other areas that you feel jimmy has taken advantage of you in, please PM first regarding the situation and while I will also list those, I'll try and keep that a separate issue at this point.

OK, am I to assume that by the lack of response, most have in fact received a satisfactory outcome to their situation with being owed money by jimmy?

I have two people's details, and one of those is not even a SaleHoo member!

Maybe the people who were effected blamed it on SaleHoo and left it for good.

I am here and sent you a PM today, I was moving and unable to stay on top of a lot things, but I assumed that my order was still going to come to me. I never heard anything after I placed my order. I will file legal action before the weekend. I know my order was small, but thats not the point. I was taken advantage of when I could have put the money elsewhere when my husband and I are on a limited income. I wasted TIME that could have equaled MONEY if i hadnt even touched jimmy's site. I could have bought something else that would have sold and profited us. I do not just count my money, but the time waiting...
