This is a company that I believe salehoo has in their directory and a company that I have recommended in the past.

I don't use them anymore though and I wanted to let people know why.

For items sold in Australia their prices were quite competitive. They always delivered the good and quite quickly, there was never a problem as far as any of that goes.

However, they offer NO WARRANTY. Although they assured me if anything needed fixing they would have the item fixed at a very reasonable cost.

I have now had one situation where I had a mobile phone returned due to being faulty. Patrick from Keepac gave me the return address. When I posted the phone back to them, they were unavailable upon delivery and then refused to pick the phone up from the post office.

The phone after sitting in Hong Kong post office for a couple of months was returned to me in Australia. I double checked the address with Patrick which he assured me was the correct address.

I reposted the phone to them, and now a couple of months down the track, I have no idea where the phone is. Whether they received it, whether its sitting at the Hong Kong post office again - I have no idea.

I cannot get in touch with Patrick now, he refuses to reply to me.

I have one very unhappy customer here in Australia who is ringing me all the time - which is understandable, I'd be pretty unhappy too - and the most embarrassing bit is I don't even know what to tell her.

So although Keepac deliver goods - if you use them, pray that you never have anything go wrong with any of the items.

This is one company I will NEVER use again and will NEVER recommend to anyone to use.
