HI, I bought ten pairs of shorts off a seller from dhgate. He kept telling me I was going to send shorts so I released payment thgough ghgate. Now he has semt no shorts and I have lost my money and ten very angry buyers on ,y auction site

DHgate tells me to contact him. He won't answer my 20 messags have sent him

What are my legal rights please

The only thing you really can do is tell dhgate that the seller is non compliant and did not ship the product you bought. I would have never released the money untill receiving the goods. Far from that your probably screwed if dhgate does not help you.

DHGATE ,they just keep telling me and telling to contact him and of course he ignores me. I asked why they just cant ask him for the tracking number to see if he is telling the truth. You think that it would be good business sense to help me with this. but nothing at all. I feel like DHgate does not support any of its buyers from its sellers, So what are they there for???
Just asking for a tarcking number is not that hard for them. It is just the principle and being single mUm lost money nad had to refund 10 people and at christmsa this hss mde it so hard to buy chrissy presents for the kids. Well I leanrt from my mistake. thanks for your help
