I am interested in using a wholesale supplier from the USA-The Perfume Center of America. Has anyone had any dealings with this company and do they know if there perfumes are genuine?

If you are unsure though, what I suggest that you do is contact them directly, enquire about the authenticity of their products and request for a proof of authenticity if deemed necessary.

Just letting you know that the website is very vague, i emailed them and asked them about payment and wether the goods were original all i got back was payment type for me wire tranfser only and avoided the question of wether they were iriginal . I think they may not speak english properly either was the thing i felt too

Hi Thanks for your advice but in most cases it is price that dictates where you buy from and in this case australian wholesales dont even rate when it comes to price. After doing all the research and comparisons.

It’s definitely worth comparing prices between countries. Just, in some cases it's cheaper and less hassle to use local suppliers. But of course, sometimes the unit price of a certain product is lower from a larger international supplier, so it can still be cheaper overall to import, even with the shipping cost included.

I am also intrested in dealing with this supplier. I have talked with them over the phone and had been exchanging emails. Yes they do advise that wire trasnfer is their method of payment. I would be happy if you can please let me know how you get along. I am still looking for supllier as I am still costing the cost of freight and duty taxes here in NZ but overall I would say yes their prices is really good.

I am really hesitant to deal with the company insists on wire transfer , the problem is wire transfer you pay the money and if you have any problems with them you have no recourse. It is not like we live in africa and is the convenience off doing it with a paypal verified account. I know there prices are pretty good but i emailed them a few times and asked if i could wire transfer to start and maybe later go to a different payment option later such as paypal and credit card . I didnt get satisfaction from them so i have chosen not to deal with them there are other suppliers around just as good.

Hi Danny,

I understand your hesitation. We ourselves recommend paying through safe payment methods like PayPal or credit cards. I have contacted the supplier in question and I suggest not dealing with them while we are still doing our investigation.

We will be changing their status to pending while we verify some important details with them and this includes re-confirming the authenticity of their products.

I will see if I can find some more great suppliers that can offer you a good profit margin.

Any status on this investigation? I am just rally interested with this supplier and I compared prices and they are good.

In one of their emails to me, they said that their product is 100%authentic and original. Of course I would like to know what happen with your investigation and if this is a real company we are dealing with.

We have been corresponding with Perfume Center for the past couple of days and they have confirmed that they do accept PayPal and credit cards and there is no way they will avoid questions about authenticity. They are a reputable company and won't do anything to put their business in jeopardy. They have also mentioned that for substantial orders from international customers, they do 'prefer' wire transfer.

I have got some issues again. Hope you can help me on this.. How can I import branded perfumes as when I asked customs NZ, I was advised that most brands are having trademark restrictions. How do you deal with this issue please. I can buy from perfume centre but the problem is the goods might be seize due to this trademark issues.
