Has anyone else had problems with MELCO Technologies. I have had two emails so far that they have not yet received my payment for ink refills that I ordered and paid for via credit card on the same day as I ordered some stuff from chinavasion in china. I live in Hamilton nz and Melco are in Auckland NZ. I have already got my parcel from chinavasion yet I just got my second email from Melco that they still haven't received payment.

Ring them and only get an answerphone saying use website for contact.
