HI I SOLD A CELL THAT WAS USED IN GOOD CONDITIONS .. BUT THE BUYER DIDNT.. LIKE IT AND IN MY POLICES SAYS :

There is absolutely NO REFUND, EXCHANGES, CREDITS NOR RETURNS. All of the products are as described in the auction. In case of any damages from shipping, please contact the carrier if insurance is purchased.

the costumer is giving me a negative feedback ... should i do the same due to my polices in my listing ??

With your current feedback rating, If the buyer has not left you a negative I would accept the return just to avoid a negative. You can always relist the item. Just tell him return shipping is his responsibility since it is a buyers remorse situation.
