I think its going to be pretty tough becoming a distributer of video games. If you are planning to sell on eBay you already have the Best video game supplier there Game Corner they are not going to be easy to compete with them good luck with your idea.

You will have to register with the big companies in order to become a genuine distributor. I tried this with apple and they make you sign contracts to buy from them in the area of 100,000 us dollars a month. You have a good idea but it will take some time.
