To other consumers who want to buy and figure out either a commission base and a way to send us a manifest we can enter our own prices to send to our customers???? or something to this effect.

Hmm this isn't a bad Idea. Ill have to do some legal research on this and see what my reporting obligations are on this. Sounds like an Ok idea.

See the creating the manifest part. Easy. Giving killer Prices Easy. But are your Buyers Going to want to wait on A Pre-order Pallet. That is my only concern. I sell a massive amount of items. When we go into pre-order Stage it can be a week to get more products. People as a rule are impatient. I generally order every 2 weeks a new load of products. I just dont have the room in my warehouse for too much stock. I have a large amount of pallets in my warehouse right now and most of them are leftovers we have decided to sell at Flea Markets, Public Auction and At soon to come events across illinois where I am going to use those products to promote my Website Business and local walk in customer base.

I can work out a Drop ship Program. It will require extra Record Keeping and I may have to set aside a New Email Address For drop-ship Members. And I may have to Create a Members only page on the site where members can order the items we have to offer. Get Quotes on pallets and more. So that if a member puts an order in for lets say 5 profit packs I know that the address is going to be different.

It sounds like a great idea. But you also have to express to your clients that a pallet preorder can take a week or two depending on the time you order vs the time I took in my last truckload.

If members can help me sell the profit packs and other items on the site we would order truckloads more regularly. With the Value of the Goods I sell on pallets a member of the dropship setup could raise the Percentage of Retail value vs my price by 1% or 2 % and make anywhere from $50 to $400 per sale. So I do see where you would want to use me to do that and it is a great idea.

It helps me clear out product more quickly and can make a good seller alot of money on the side. Any suggestions will be considered. But only serious ones please.

How about setting up mirror sites for members with commissions built in already so we just point customers to the mirror site and they enter an id that will be specific to each member and if someone orders then you'll know who to send commisions to.

Commissions could also be used to just buy merchandise also instead of getting a check think about it will make even more profits for the members side of it if resold the merchandise.

Its an interesting idea Jimmy and one thing it would require beyond anything else is traffic.........A whole lot of traffic. I think it could really work too if most members pitched in.

Pre-ordering, ordering, stocking and taking care of pallets is alot of work. Most members would have to be serious about it but reading all the details of other memberships, the commission structure could really be a great tool.

My only thing is I have no clue how to setup an affiliate program on my site?
Basically with every idea a member comes up with for the site. I end up having to learn many things in the process. If anyone has any suggestions. Ill put some time into it.

I know that if I end up doing this the site would literally explode with business. But getting there is the part where I will need to be educated in affiliate marketing.

I just reworded the site to take the retailers names off. Because If Im going to draw that much attention to the site I probably shouldn't have the retailers names all over it.

I say just use the site you have or a mirror site give each member a pass key code to advertise and when a customer signs in with that code you'll know who to give the credit to and then that member can either at the end of the month get a check or just use it to send them product or let them build it up to buy Pallets.

Take all the retailers names off first thing, that's the smart road to go. Then go ahead and use a automatic site builder for it such as plug-in profit or a standard tool you can get into relatively fast.

I am really considering this but the software I need Is very costly. And I want to see how many are really interested before I shell out a Grand on a Program.
