Hey Everyone. I bought the salehoo program about 2 months ago. I searched on it for the first week but noticed that prices are not really "wholesale" or "liquidation". MAYBE I haven't looked everywhere. I have searched for everything i could think of but there is no profit to be made(this included the risk of purchase) to be made on ebay... I have been doing this kind of selling for a year now. I have tested out a bunch of sites, and here is what I have to say, or ask you.

Where do you think these things come from? Did you notice that every popular website on here sells many things. It is IMPOSSIBLE for a company to sell as much stuff as they say they do. This MEANS that they take their stuff somewhere else.

WHERE?!!?? Where do they take it. Of course, from the poor, a.k.a. BIG china, india, indonesia and more. The big wholesalers on here buy their products in these companies. I purchase from those companies, of course it is REALLY hard to get them to send anything. The problem is that they have really high MOQ not like the companies here. I dont have much money to invest, but I have found sources that can sell these at unbelievable. What I do is ask for sample units, therefore not spotted by government officials(dont have a license) and are listed as samples. Getting a brand new XBOX 360 with wireless receiver, 2 wireless controllers, 7 games, metal casing and a BUNCH of more stuff for 150 dollars was the best thing i did in my life. Of course I will not be saying any of these sources, I've worked a hell of a long time to find these, I understand salehoo members that do not want to tell everyone their buried treasures found in the salehoo directory. All I'm doing is explaining the current situation of these companies. Advising that there is much more behind Salehoo and that searching again and again outside of salehoo as well as in is the best thing you'll ever do.

Quote me if im wrong but your statements are a tad confusing. If Im understanding correctly your saying all great deals are comming from china and indonesia?

Well Im assuming you know that 99% of couterfiet items come from these countries as well.

If you buy an item 15% to 30% below its MSRP you are buying Wholesale.

If you are buying for a percentage of the items wholesale value in bulk you are buying liquidation.

I find it hard to believe that you found such a deal and it was legitimate.

Now did you purchase a sample at that low of a price from a chineese source. Did you make a bulk purchase after that? And if you did purchase a bulk purchase were the items legit. Did you verify if the items were legit.

There are many counterfiet xbox360 scams running out of china right now. Did you know that They send samples at unbelievable prices that are actually legit. If they have a notion that the buyer might jump feet first and buy many more.

A known trick from a scammer is to send you the real deal as a sample then when your order is placed for thier MOQ they send you a ton of counterfiet crap or nothing at all.

I have contacted many distributers on the Xbox 360 line and many other high value items. When they send you a sample order it costs more then the Discounted bulk price of ordering thier MOQ.

Manufacturers Sell to distributers. These Distributers sell to large wholesalers and Retailers.

Retailers sell at the MSRP
Wholesalers sell for 10-30 Percent lower to anyone. And thats based on what product line thier selling. Items like xbox 360s can be sold from a distributer on average 30 bucks below retail. After transportation costs and such a retailer might stand to profit around $25.00 on each unit.

If supply and demand get to a point where supply is higher then the manufacturer/distributer will have to take some profit loss and liquidate its products to keep from loosing money on storage costs.

This is where your big ebay sellers come in. These guys have basically unlimited capital and can purchase 500+ units of liquidated xbox 360's at $70 dollars below retail. And make a killing on them on places such as ebay.

They have the sources in which most cases the manufacturers are the ones liquidating them. These sources you will not find anywhere on the internet. You have to be connected to these sources in some way or another by word of mouth. But nobody is gonna squeal on thier source.


There are many free sample gimmicks out too there but they have strings attatched and can most of the time be a waste of time.

I believe that it was legitimate but I have to admit that I have absolutely no proof. I did not reorder. I need to concentrate more on school.

What I was saying is that companies in the eastern continents mainly have huge factories that allow them to massively make and export the units they create. What every wholesaler does is, but from them, and resell making profits.

This is how it goes when you a unit is made:
ex.
Designing = Priceless
Making(forging) = $8 (this is purely fictional)
Reselling = $12(to big companies, wholesale)
Re-reselling = $22(to main companies; best buy, walmart etc.)
Retail = $54 (to us morons)

This is the profit margins to be made; I know this because my dad and uncles had a company, together, which was not profitable because of these huge china companies).

Sorry about the misuse of the word wholesale. I meant really low prices; or a nice profit to be made.

Its all good in a perfect world but in most cases this is purely fictional.
The number would be more like this for any US company.

Re-reselling = $50(to main companies; best buy, walmart etc.)

The largest profit always goes to the manufacturer.
Although the product is much cheaper to produce you have to consider the other costs in thier work. Because they pay for the design/machines/labor and advertising.
The distributer normally gets the products from the manufacturer for 25% less then MSRP which is what we pay.

You can do much better buying from companies overseas. As they use basically slave labor to manufacturer thier products. They offer better prices on products because the manufacturing costs are much less and most of thier products are cheaply made.

There is money to be made but you have to be carefull on what your buying due to thier high couterfiet market. And so many companies must be extremely carefull on who they do business with.

I would love to do buisness with chineese products but its very hard to sift the legitimates from the scammers and con artists.

Yeah, that's what I hate about buying stuff down there... (and yes, the prices i posted were actual percentages from the making of something real in canada, not china, ind. etc.)

I dont want to encourage dicks that make their goods due to debts and slavery... I hate the fact that people still uses 5-15 years old kids to make stuff for them...and its not even their fault, its because their parents had debt, which can never be repaid. A research group proved that the debt parents had when they sold their child was lower than when the little kid stops working...lets say 40 years old...

That just sucks... its something like breaking a piece on a machine for the debt to fly up... you know the gov'ts should really do something about this. YES its profitable for us, but I seriously dont think that its worth it.

I'm an honest man and I wouldnt feel good selling stuff made out of straight slavery...
