WorldWide Brands.comHi everyone, i would like to know if there are any members that have had experience with Worldwiderbrands.com , they appear to lagitimate and very trustworthy and had my attention with in a few seconds of looking at their website, i would like to purchase the member package at 299usd if its going to be worth it, and it appears it will be worth every penny.
I am still looking for true wholesale prices on electronics, i think people like chinavasion and DHGate sellers act as the middle man i need to find the actual manufactures of these products. anyhelp would be appreciated,
I myself purchased the membership package they had about a year ago. I found it to be completely useless.
They had a large directory or so they said. , But most of their links led to small buisnesses selling arts and crafts stuff. Im not even remotely interested in selling someone elses homemade products. The only electronics distributer they had at the time listed for everything electronic was DandH The rest of them led to sites selling literally dollar store electronics. Im not sure how thier directory is since I havent logged into thier directory since mid last year. But I Wouldnt waste a dime with them again. I know many other members here have paid for thier membership and most feel the same way as I do. Just a note. True wholesale on electronics is only on average 20% below retail value. If your trying to use Ebay as a guide to wholesale prices then your looking at the wrong source. Ebay sells electronics below wholesale most of the time. Jimmy

Hi. World wide brands has actually changed to an outfit called "onesource" now. The site has improved since it changed, but the sources on this site are far better and much easier to locate and checkout. Plus that site is always trying to promote something or another on there.
I bought the original package a year or more back and it converted to the life time package when the site switched and I only paid 39.00 usd. I definately would not pay that amount again and especially would not pay 299 usd (if I read that correctly in your post). Another thing to keep in mind BEFORE you buy into that site, is that they offer "light bulk wholesale" and regular wholesale. But the majority of the sites listed are regular wholesale and require huge purchases. The ones that offer light bulk are very few...So unless you have very deep pockets, you are going to find very few site on there that you can even buy from.. Look, I'm not against anyone trying to make a buck, we're all trying to do that. However, one of the owners of this site is an upper ebay employee. I'm talking about Jim Griffith. You probably know his as the Host of ebay radio, also the Dean of Ebay University, and upper echlon public relation employee and promoter of ebay.. This is about the only wholesale site that has an actual endorcment by ebay itself. And I personally think that it's just a bit shady and unethical (conflict of interest) for someone to use their affiliation with a large company to promote another company that they have a vested interest in..Especially when the site is promoted as being especially tailored for ebay sellers in the way of "agreements made with the wholesalers to expressly deal with ebay sellers". Anyway, Just let me say that you'd be much better off spending your time on this site where the staff is dedicated to helping you succeed, than on a site that is dedicated to collecting your membership fee...
Yes SaleHoo is MUCH better than worldwide brands!

The one plus I give worldwide brands is they refunded my money in two days.
So if you want to see if there is some stuff for you to profit from give it a shot. The onesource is incredibly slow and ancient in design. I almost think they make it slow so you cant get through everything and think well theres got to be something here.
Hi
Thanks for everyones advice and suggestions, I am thinking about paying the 299 for a test drive just to satisfy my curiosity, if its junk I will ask for a refund, hmmmm still thinking about it. I have also signed up to some other wholesale forums to see what they had to say about them, and they all agree with what you have all said about WorldWideBrands aka OneSource. Thankyou all
I personally have found WWB invaluable. Much easier to navigate than any other drop ship directory site (sorry Salehoo). Also, their database is more extensive. And, they checkout all of their suppliers. If you contact a supplier and they don't do online drop shipping let WWB know and that supplier will be gone.

Being refunded my Oncesource subscription fee within 24hours of requesting it came as a lovely surprise. I found the site delivered my required information at speed, with anaylsis at your fingertips if required. Hundreds and hundreds of suppliers, with the misfortune of very few dropshippers to New Zealand, and that purchasing bulk was in truckloads etc. Was a member for four months.
Am very impressed with Salehoo. This being my first day, am intrigued at the wide expanse of information sharing and the genuine sincerity of those who respond with no barriers up and share willingly. I knew I should have subscribed when the special was happening, (glad to say) I'm here Now!!! Thanks Salehoo.
If true wholesale on electronics is only 20% below retail, how is it that so many people are selling MP4 players for less that I can purchase them for from DH and China Vision? This in New Zealand, mind you, where this stuff is really expensive in the stores. I would love to find the sources traders on Trade Me are using, because there's no way they're paying the prices listed on China Vision, et al.
Alot of TM sellers are buying in bulk from these companies and negotiating better prices. If you are purchasing say 100 bunits at a time you can get a better price than listed (we used to sell them personally on Trade Me before the market for MP4's got saturated ;) ) Hope this helps. I am a member of both WWB and Salehoo and would highly recommend WWB not in place of, but in addition to Salehoo. You can never have too many options to product source.
I like WWB's research stats a little more and I like the fact that I know before I ever contact a supplier that they are willing to work with a small home based business, and I also know whether I can buy in small lots. Of course I can find all that out by simply contacting the suppliers in Salehoo but knowing ahead of time saves me time which is a valuable commodity. Plus they are all checked out ahead of time. What I like about Salehoo is simply they list suppliers that are not listed on WWB. Sure I have to do a little more work on my own, but sometimes that work can uncover some real gems that I wouldn't find without Salehoo. My recommendation therefore is use both if you can afford it. With WWB I almost always know if I'll make money before I buy and basically how much I can make. It's a steady profit stream of basehit after basehit. With Salehoo's listings I've been able to hit the occasional homerun, and those are really fun. Ned
Just to chime in on the topic, I joined WWB about a year ago myself and I have yet to gain a benefit from yet. Someone said earlier about dollar store products was absolutley correct. I found Salehoo surfing the net and I am completly satisfied with them.
Commonly Known as Liquidations,Which is A totally different buying market then wholesale. :D Jimmy
