Even if you get 10 people to commit to 25 units, keep in mind that 250 consoles is a VERY small order when you're talking about a nationwine launch. If there are any supply issues at all, the small guy can forget about getting his orders fulfilled. And at 250 units, we'd be about the smallest guy out there.

I've read that about this time last year a LOT of XBOX 360 scams started running. I've also ready that the 360 didn't hit wholesale channels until after Christmas. Whatever you do, be careful so you don't get scammed.
