When i've bought off DH Gate, i've sent the money to DH Gate.They then hold the money until you notify them that you have received the goods, they then release the money to the seller.

I've imported some good from China, and I used EMS as the courier.The goods took about 7 days to arrive at my doorstep, and I was impressed with the service.I think you'll find EMS to be the Cheapest courier too.
Importing to UK
I would like to start importing to the UK but i'm worried about customs & Excise.I will be importing.

Ebay has no policy on refunds if the goods are not faulty and you haven't been misled in anyway.It's up to the seller if he/she are prepared to offer a refund.
