Did you use paypal as payment method? If you really didn't get the package then open a dispute
with paypal.It's not your problem if the package didn't get
delivered.They should at least leave a message in your
Mailbox.

This is probably a fake and it's also in chinese.If you use *link hidden* you can see that the website
already exists, so they just added numbers to it.You can see that a lot today.
