Titan Liquidation
I’ve just had my first shipment from this company and dealt entirely with Tim Gonyeau. Prior to confirming my order, I had several email conversations with Tim to make sure what I will receive is exactly what I’ve ordered in terms of quantity, quality and sizes. The goods that I have received didn’t match the exact same manifested load we have agreed although I had several direct email conversations with him clarifying several things about the manifested orders. I’ve complained with Tim and he agreed to send some replacement goods as compensation. Sadly, nothing was sent although he made me believe he is sending stuff. I’ve followed up for more than a month but never received any reply from him, totally ignored all my email follow-ups. I’m totally disappointed making business with this company. In spite of asking lots of questions before submitting my order to ensure there is no misunderstanding, that didn’t help as what I received are not the goods I expected. The only way to contact Titan is by email (no live chat or telephone contact numbers are listed) so it’s difficult to raise complaints and they can easily ignore you.
