A few hours later the guy gave me positive feedback, so
someone else must have collected his mail and he eventually
found it.So I believe one of the policies is it means $24 and over
are normally non refundable.Don't you mean under instead of
over?.

What amount does a person have to win an item on eBay to be able to make a claim and get a refund for it? Keep in mind, I am in Australia so I need to know the limit for AU site.

Seems a bit weird how Amazon.com, DVDEmpire and other big name sites have been selling that DTS Saving Private Ryan DVD.I wouldn't have thought they'd be sourcing their DVD's from bootleggers.

Yeah, I did send an e-mail after recieving another one where
he stated that he was getting worried how it's been 2 weeks
now and has gotten nothing, he asked me to track it down or
refund his money.
